Chinese Vegeterian Barbeque |
Cooking Time : 40 Minutes
Ingredients :
| Tomatoes |
1 sliced |
| Carrot |
2 sliced |
| Cabbage |
1/4 sliced |
| Capsicum |
2 sliced |
| Spring Onion |
4 sliced |
| Onion |
2 sliced |
| Salt |
To Taste |
| Boiled Noodles |
2 Cup |
| Soya Sauce |
2 Tsp |
| Garlic red chilli paste |
1 Tbsp |
| Green chillies in vinegar |
1 Tbsp |
| Chilly Oil |
2 Tbsp ( Whole red chillies added to hot oil) |
| Ginger Water |
Keep grated ginger in water forĀ 2 hrs |
| Pao Bhaji Bun |
1 packet |
| Butter |
2 tbsp |
Take one cup sliced vegetale in all.
Method :
- Add oil in a pan and add garlic red chilli paste.
- Now add all the vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- When done add soya suace, chilli in vinegar, salt and mix well.
- Then add noodles and chilli oil and mix well.
- Now on a non stick pan heat buns with butter.
- Top the buns with noodles.
- Serve Hot
