7-8cloves chopped 4-5 Sliced into two 2 Small Cut the onions into 4 equal parts and separate the layers 1 Big Cut into big square pieces 250gms 1 Tbsp 2 Tbsp To Taste 1/2Tsp 1 tsp 2 Tbsp 1 Tsp 1 Tsp Mix 50ml Water with 1tbsp of cornflour For deeo Frying

Method :
- Cut paneer into small cubes.
- Mix Maida, Cornflour, salt and 1/4 black pepper with water to make a thick paste. Paste should be such that it should coat the paneer well.
- Heat oil in a karahi and add paneer cubes coated with cornflour and maida into it for deep frying when the oil is smoking hot.
- When the paneer is golden brown in colour remove it from oil and keep it on paper tissues to drain excess oil.
- In another pan. Heat 1 Tbsp oil and add garlic and green chillies. Cook for a minute.
- Add Onion and fry till done or slightly pink in colour.
- Then add capsicum and cook for 2 Minutes.
- Add all the three sauces and Salt. Mix well.
- Add two cups of water and bring it to boil.
- Then add Cornflour paste and mix.
- let the sauce boil to attain the desired consistency.
- Then Add paneer pieces and mix well.
- Let the sauce coat the paneer well and remove from fire.
- Serve hot
