
Cooking Time : 15 Minutes plus cutting Time
Ingredients :
| Button Mushrooms |
250 gms Cut into two pieces |
| Baby Corns |
100 gms Cut diagonally into slices |
| Beans |
100 gm Shredded |
| Spring Onions |
5-6 |
| Oil |
2 Tsp |
| Garlic |
7-8 big flakes chopped |
| Black pepper powder |
1/2 Tsp |
| Green chillies |
2 chopped |
| Salt |
To taste |
| Mushroom soy sauce/light soy sauce |
1 Tbsp |
Method :
- Cut all the vegetables as mentioned and for spring onions take only the onion part and cut into 4 parts and seperate the layers.
- In a pan heat oil and add green chillies and garlic. cook for one minute.
- Now add onions and fry till they become translucent.
- Now add mushrooms, baby corns and beans and cook for 5 minutes stirring occassionally.
- Now add salt, pepper and soy sauce and cook for another 5 minutes stirring occassionally.
- Serve Hot.
