Aam Ki Khatti Meethi Subzi |
Cooking Time : 20 Minutes
Ingredients :
| Kehri (Unripe Mangoes) |

| Ghee |
1/2 Tsp |
| Methi Dana |
1/2 Tsp |
| Red Chilli Powder |
1/2 Tsp |
| Black Salt |
To Taste

| Sugar |
5 Tbsp |
| Saunf Powder |
1 Tsp |
| Garam Masala |
1/2 Tsp |
Method :
- Peel and cut unripe mangoes into small pieces.
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add methi dana and let it crackle.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder and sugar.
- Immediately add cut mangoes and mix well.
- Cook stiring continuously for 2 minutes and add saunf and garam masala. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add 1-1/2 cup of water and let it boil.
- Cover the pressure cooker and give one whistle and remove from fire.
- Let it cool and serve.
