Cooking Time : 20 Minutes

Ingredients :

Kehri (Unripe Mangoes) 2
Ghee 1/2 Tsp
Methi Dana 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp
Black Salt

To Taste

Sugar 5 Tbsp
Saunf Powder 1 Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp

Method :

  • Peel and cut unripe mangoes into small pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add methi dana and let it crackle.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder and sugar.
  • Immediately add cut mangoes and mix well.
  • Cook stiring continuously for 2 minutes and add saunf and garam masala. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add 1-1/2 cup of water and let it boil.
  • Cover the pressure cooker and give one whistle and remove from fire.
  • Let it cool and serve.
