Method : - Boil Potatoes in pressure cooker with lots of water. Give two whistles and then keep on low flame for five minutes. Then remove from fire and let the pressure drop.
- Let the potatoes cool and then peel them and cut potatoes into small pieces and keep aside.
- Heat Ghee in a Karahi and add jeera.
- Let it flutter and cook till jeera is done.
- Then add dhania powder, Salt, chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
- Add potatoes and mix well.
- Then add amchoor powder and cook covered for five minutes on low Flame.
- After Five minutes remove from fire, Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Serve hot.
