Cooking Time : 15 Minutes plus boiling time

Ingredients :

Potatoes                              
Jeera                                   
Ghee                                   
Dhania Powder                     
Chilli Powder                         
Garam Masala                        
Salt                                      
Amchoor Powder                  
Fresh Coriander leaved Finely Chopped
Split Green Chillies

Method : 

  • Boil Potatoes in pressure cooker with lots of water. Give two whistles and then keep on low flame for five minutes. Then remove from fire and let the pressure drop.
  • Let the potatoes cool and then peel them and cut potatoes into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat Ghee in a Karahi and add jeera.
  • Let it flutter and cook till jeera is done.
  • Then add dhania powder, Salt, chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
  • Add potatoes and mix well.
  • Then add amchoor powder and cook covered for five minutes on low Flame.
  • After Five minutes remove from fire, Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Serve hot.
