Method:
- Wash moong dal and rice.Soak them separately for 30 mins. Drain the excess water.
- In a micro safe bowl add ghee and microwave at 100% power for 30 secs.
- Add all dry pieces,peanuts and microwave at 100% power for 1 min.
- Now add chopped onion and tomatoes and microwave at 100% power for 2 mins.
- Add soaked rice, dal and 4 cups of water. Microwave (covered) at 100% power for 10-11 mins. Stir in between. Microwave at 60% power for 9-10 mins. Allow to stand for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with Gujarati dahi-ni-kadi or buttermilk(lassi).
