Paneer Chilli

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Cottage Cheese(paneer)
250 gms
Oil
3 tbsp
Onions
3 large nos
Capsicums
3 small nos
Cabbage
1 small
Salt
to taste
Red Chilli Powder
to taste
Ginger Paste
1 tsp
Corn Flour
11/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp
Vinegar
2 tbsp
Soya Sauce
11/2 tsp

Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till light brown.
  • Add ginger and capsicum and cook it a little.Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce to it.
  • Add cabbage, tomato sauce to it and mix well.
  • Add salt and red chilli powder and stir it.
  • At last add cornflour mixed in water.
  • Then add vinegar to it.After 1-2 mins. add paneer cubes and allow it to cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Serve hot.
