| Dry Mango Powder(aamchoor) |

Method :
- Boil Potatoes, peel it and cut into long pieces.
- Then grind together dry mango powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green coriander, green chillies, garam masala powder in a paste.
- And add it into pieces of potatoes and mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add potatoes to it.
- Saute it on a low flame.
- Keep stirring continuously.When its completely cooked.Remove it from flame and serve hot.
- Serve with naan/roti.
