Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Potatoes 600 gms
Dry Mango Powder(aamchoor) 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin Seeds (jeera)1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder1 tsp
Green Coriander 20 gms
Ghee 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Green Chillies 2-3 nos
Ginger 1/2 tsp

Method :

  • Boil Potatoes, peel it and cut into long pieces.
  • Then grind together dry mango powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green coriander, green chillies, garam masala powder in a paste.
  • And add it into pieces of potatoes and mix well.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add potatoes to it.
  • Saute it on a low flame.
  • Keep stirring continuously.When its completely cooked.Remove it from flame and serve hot.
  • Serve with naan/roti.
