Bhindi ( Lady Finger) 250 gms| Mustard Oil | 1 Tbsp | | Ajwain | 1/2 Tsp | | Onions | 2 Big size chopped | | Curd | 1 Tbsp | | Salt | To Taste | | Red chilli Powder | 1/2 Tsp | | Haldi | 1/2 Tsp | | Dhania Powder | 1 Tbsp | | Garam Masala | 1/2 Tsp | | Amchoor | 1/4 Tsp |
Method : - Heat oil in a pan and add ajwain to it.
- Wash bhindi in runnin water and drain the excess water. Now cut the tips of bhindi from both ends. Cut the remaining bhindi round
- After half a minute add chopped onions to it and cook till they turn golden brown.
- Now add cut bhindi and all the dry masala. Mix well.
- Cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Now add curd and mix well.
- Cook till done.
- Serve Hot.
