Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Bhindi ( Lady Finger)          250 gms

Mustard Oil 1 Tbsp 
Ajwain 1/2 Tsp 
Onions 2 Big size chopped 
Curd 1 Tbsp
Salt To Taste 
Red chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp 
Haldi 1/2 Tsp 
Dhania Powder 1 Tbsp 
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp 
Amchoor 1/4 Tsp 

Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan and add ajwain to it.
  • Wash bhindi in runnin water and drain the excess water. Now cut the tips of bhindi from both ends. Cut the remaining bhindi round
  • After half a minute add chopped onions to it and cook till they turn golden brown.
  • Now add cut bhindi and all the dry masala. Mix well.
  • Cook covered for 5 minutes.
  • Now add curd and mix well.
  • Cook till done.
  • Serve Hot.
