Cooking Time : 15 minutes plus boiling time

Ingredients :

Arbi 250 gm 
Salt 1 Tsp 
Mustard Oil 2 Tbsp 
Ajwain 1/2 Tsp 
Dhania Powder 2 Tbsp 
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp 
Garam Masala 1 Tsp 
Saunf Powdered 1 Tsp 
Amchoor 1/2 Tsp 
Haldi 1/2 Tsp 

Method :

  • Wash, clean and boil Arbi in a pressure cooker. Give two whistle and keep on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • After boiling let it cool and then peel all the arbi.
  • In a plate mix all the powdered masala except ajwain.
  • Take one arbi at a time and press it lightly with hands so that it flatens and takes the shape of a kebaab.
  • Coat well with mix masala from both the side. Repeat the same for all the arbi.
  • Heat oil on a heavy bottom tawa and add ajain to it. cook for half minute.
  • Now add arbi pieces to itand cook well. turn all the arbi when done from one side.
  • Serve Hot.

Optional - Sprinkle some chaat masala if required.
