Method : - Wash, clean and boil Arbi in a pressure cooker. Give two whistle and keep on low flame for 5 minutes.
- After boiling let it cool and then peel all the arbi.
- In a plate mix all the powdered masala except ajwain.
- Take one arbi at a time and press it lightly with hands so that it flatens and takes the shape of a kebaab.
- Coat well with mix masala from both the side. Repeat the same for all the arbi.
- Heat oil on a heavy bottom tawa and add ajain to it. cook for half minute.
- Now add arbi pieces to itand cook well. turn all the arbi when done from one side.
- Serve Hot.
Optional - Sprinkle some chaat masala if required.
