Instant Chana Daal Dhokla(UP Style) |

Ingredients :
| Soaked Chana Daal(For 3 hours) |
2 cups |
| Ginger paste |
1 table spoon |
| Green Chillie Paste |
1 table spoon |
| Chopped Coriander leaves |
1 cup |
| Coriander Powder |
1 tea spoon |
| Cumin Powder |
1 tea spoon |
| Asafoetida Powder |
2 pinch |
| Mustard Oil |
2 table spoon |
| Desi Ghee |
1 table spoon |
| Salt |
To Taste |
Method :
- Grind Soaked Daal with Ginder Paste, Green Chillies Paste, Asafoetida Powder, Salt.
- Add One cup water and half cup coriander leaves and 1 table spoon Mustard Oil to it.
- Grease a flat bottom Bowl with Mustard Oil and Pour the grinded Mixture in it.
- Take 1 cup Water in a Pressure Cooker and Place the Covered Bowl in it.
- Give 4 Wistles on Medium Heat After that take it out from the cooker and let it cool for 4-5 minutes.
- Cut the Steamed Mixture into Cubes or Cuboids Take Desi Ghee , Heat it and add Chopped Onions.
- Fry it till its translucent.
- Add the Cubes. Add Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt. Fry for 5 minutes, Stirring Constantly.
- Garnish with half cup Chopped Coriander leaves.
- Serve Hot. Its Really Tasty, Do try it out.
