Method :
- Clean and wash ginger, garlic and onion and chop together in a blender.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add jeera. cook till it starts crackling.
- Now add chopped ginger, garlic and onions and cook till it turns slightly brown in colour.
- Now add pureed tomatoes and mix well.
- Add all the masala to it and mix well. cook till oil separates.
- Now add cream/ malai to it and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Now add matar and cut paneer to it and mix well.
- Add enough water to it so that matar and paneer are covered.
- Pressure cook it on high flame. After one whistle keep on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Remove from fire. Let the pressure drop by itself.
- Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
