Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Corns 
 2
Oil 3 Tbsp
Cumin seeds
 1Tsp
Ginger Garlic
 1-1/2  (Paste)
Rice Soaked 2 Cup
Black Cardamom
 1
Onion Sliced
 3
Capsicums 2 (Sliced)
Salt To Taste
Green Chillies
 To Taste

 Method :

  • Boil the corns till they are soft.
  • Heat oil in a cooker season with cumin seeds & cardamom.
  • After a minute add onions and ginger garlic paste.
  • stir and continue to do so till done.
  • Add capsicums, salt, green chillies and corn kernels to the cooker.
  • Add 4 cups water along with rice and cook till done.
  • garnish it with capsicum and coriander leaves. 
  • Serve hot.
