Method :- Heat a non stick pan add ginger, tej patta, illaichi & laung and stir for 1 minute.
- Then add onion and stir again.
- Then add carrot and tommatoes and also add salt & garam masala.
- Then add some water and after few minutes add rice, tomato puree, lime juice and leave the rice to prepare.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
