Tomato Carrot Rice

Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients : 

Rice 1 Cup
Tej Patta 1
Carrot (Chopped) 2
Tomatoes (Chopped) 3
Tomato Puree 1/2 cup
Onions (Chopped) 2
Laung 3-4
Kali Illaichi 2
Fresh Coriander 2 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Peeper 1/2 Tsp
Lemon Juice Of 1 lemon
Ginger 1"

Method :

  • Heat a non stick pan add ginger, tej patta, illaichi & laung and stir for 1 minute.
  • Then add onion and stir again.
  • Then add carrot and tommatoes and also add salt & garam masala.
  • Then add some water and after few minutes add rice, tomato puree, lime juice and leave the rice to prepare.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
