Method :- Wash the dal well in running water and add water to it.
- Pressure cook the dal with water, salt and haldi. Put the flame of After two whistles.
- In another pan prepare Tadka for the dal. Heat ghee in a pan and then add Hing to it.
- Add Jeera and let it flutter. When the jeera is done add red chilli powder.
- Remove the pan from flame and add to the boiled dal.
- After adding mix well and bring the Dal to Boil.
- Garnish with fresh leaves of coriander.
- Serve Hot with Rice or Chapati.
