  • To open the sealed lid of jam or any other bottle, keep the bottle upside down in the warm water for 1-2 minutes and open easily.

  • If you want to get Sarsoon ka saag affect from just Palak .. add mustard powder just 10-15 mustard seed .. to the Palak ka saag after boiling palak.

  • To avoid crying while cutting onions.. cut them in half and soak them in water for around 10 mins .. if in rush rubbing half cut onions against each other under running water can reduce the crying affect.

  • Use square or twisted skewers for cooking because they hold food better.
  • Food cooked in stainless steel pressure cooker is more healthy than the food which is cooked in aluminium pressure cooker.
  • You should use variety of cooking medium (Vegetable oil, Ghee, Butter, Mustard Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Soya bean Oil,etc) rather than using only one for cooking.
  • Soak Cloves of garlic in warm water for 10-15 mins the skin wil come out easily.
  • As far as possible consume fruits ad vegetables along with the skin since they retain many of their nutrients in the skin.
  • While cleaning fish add turmeric powder so u wont get the fish smell much.

  • If any curry is very salty, then take a bread & keep in curry. Remove after 5 minutes and all the extra salt is gone.
