Cooking Times : 40 minutes

Ingredients : 

Moti Hari Mirch   250 gm
Besan (Gram Flour)   2 Tbsp
Dhania Powder   2 Tsp
Red Chili Powder    1/2 Tsp
Haldi   1/2 Tsp
Saunf Powdered     1 Tsp
Garam Masala   1 Tsp
Salt   To Taste
Lemon Juice   2 Tbsp
Mustard Powder   1/2 Tsp
Ghee   1 Tsp
Mustard Oil   2 Tbsp

Method :

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add besan to it. Cook strrining continuously till it starts truning brown in color.
  • Now add all the dry spices and salt. Cook for 2 minutes and mix well.Add lemon juice.
  • Remove from fire and let it cool.
  • Wash the green chillies and cut the cover from top and deseed them.
  • Fill the green chillies carefully with the masala that is left for cooling.
  • Now heat mustard oil and place all the green side by side.
  • Cook till done.
