| Lemon Juice |
2 Tbsp |
| Mustard Powder |
1/2 Tsp |
| Ghee |
1 Tsp |
| Mustard Oil |
2 Tbsp |
Method :
- Heat ghee in a pan and add besan to it. Cook strrining continuously till it starts truning brown in color.
- Now add all the dry spices and salt. Cook for 2 minutes and mix well.Add lemon juice.
- Remove from fire and let it cool.
- Wash the green chillies and cut the cover from top and deseed them.
- Fill the green chillies carefully with the masala that is left for cooling.
- Now heat mustard oil and place all the green side by side.
- Cook till done.
