Cooking Time : 40 minutes

Ingredients : 

Mattar   1-1/2 Cup
Mushroom   200 gm
Green Cardamom   4
Cinamon   1
Onions   2
Ginger-Garlic Paste   3 Tbsp
Coriander Powder   1 Tbsp
Red Chiili Powder   1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder   1/2 Tsp
Tomatoes   4 Big
Garam Masala   1 Tsp
Cashewnut Paste   1/4 Cup
Oil   2 Tbsp
Salt   To Taste

Method :

  • Clean, wash and cut mushrooms into four pieces.
  • Chop onions.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cinamon and cardamom. Saute for half minute.
  • Now add onions and fry till brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add all the dry species and cook till done.
  • Add tomatoes and mix well.
  • Dissolve Cashewnuts paste with water and add it to pan. Mix well.
  • Add peas (mattar) and mushroom and mix well. Leave it for 2 minutes.
  • Add water to get the desired consistency. Give it a boil and serve hot.
