Method :
- Clean, wash and cut mushrooms into four pieces.
- Chop onions.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cinamon and cardamom. Saute for half minute.
- Now add onions and fry till brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add all the dry species and cook till done.
- Add tomatoes and mix well.
- Dissolve Cashewnuts paste with water and add it to pan. Mix well.
- Add peas (mattar) and mushroom and mix well. Leave it for 2 minutes.
- Add water to get the desired consistency. Give it a boil and serve hot.
