| Coriander Powder |
1 Tbsp |
| Coriander Leaves |
1 Tbsp |
| Water |
To make batter |
| Onion |
1 Pureed |
| Capsicum |
1 Pureed |
| Ginger Garlic Paste |
1 Tbsp |
| Green Chilli |
1 Chopped |
| Oil |
For shallow frying |
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl with enough water to make bater of thick pouring consistency.
- With the help of a deep spoon spread the batter on a hot non stick tawa.
- Cook covered for one minute.
- Spread oil on all side and try to turn it and cook from another side.
- Cook till done.
- Serve immediately with chutney.
