Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Ingredients : 

Besan  1 Cup
Suji  1/2 Cup
Salt  To Taste
Coriander Powder  1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves  1 Tbsp
Water  To make batter
Onion  1 Pureed
Capsicum  1 Pureed
Ginger Garlic Paste  1 Tbsp
Green Chilli  1 Chopped
Oil  For shallow frying

 Method : 

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl with enough water to make bater of thick pouring consistency.
  • With the help of a deep spoon spread the batter on a hot non stick tawa.
  • Cook covered for one minute.
  • Spread oil on all side and try to turn it and cook from another side.
  • Cook till done.
  • Serve immediately with chutney.
