| Tomato Sauce |

| Garam Masala |

| Cream/Malai |
4 Tbsp |
| Garlic |
6-7 flakes choppe |
Method:
- Heat Ghee in a karahi and add ginger, garlic, tej patta and moti ellaichi. Saute for 1 Minute.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and kasoori methi and let them cook for 10 Min till tomatoes are pulpy.
- Cool and grind to a puree.
- Sieve the puree in a pan and heat.
- Add salt, garam masala. and tomato sauce to reduce the sour flavor.
- Add cream stirring continuously and remove from fire.
- Add paneer one hour before serving.
- Garnish with beaten cream and coriander leaves.
