Cooking Time : 1 hr

Ingredients:

Paneer 250 Gms Cut in Cubes
Ghee 2 Tabsp
Tomatoes 6-7 Chopped
Ginger 1/2 " Chopped
Tej Patta 1
Moti Ellaichi 2
Kasoori Methi 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri Mirch

1 Tsp

Salt to Taste or 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala 1/4 Tsp
Cream/Malai 4 Tbsp
Garlic 6-7 flakes choppe

Method:

  • Heat Ghee in a karahi and add ginger, garlic, tej patta and moti ellaichi. Saute for 1 Minute.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes and kasoori methi and let them cook for 10 Min till tomatoes are pulpy.
  • Cool and grind to a puree.
  • Sieve the puree in a pan and heat.
  • Add salt, garam masala. and tomato sauce to reduce the sour flavor.
  • Add cream stirring continuously and remove from fire.
  • Add paneer one hour before serving.
  • Garnish with beaten cream and coriander leaves.
