| Ginger Garlic Paste |

Method:
- Boil the corns till they are soft.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds and cardamom.
- After a minute add onions and ginger - garlic paste and cook stirring occasionally.
- Add capsicum, salt, green chillies and corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add 4 cups water along with rice and cook till done.
- Garnish with capsicum and coriander leaves.
- Serve Hot
