Ingredients:

| Aniseed(crushed, saunf) |
1/2 tsp |
| Fenugreek seeds(methi dana, crushed) |
1/2 tsp |
| Mango Powder |
1 tsp |
| Coriander Powder (dhania) |
1/2 tsp |
| Red Chilli Powder |
1 tsp |
| Turmeric Powder |
1/2 tsp |
| Tamarind Paste(imli paste) |
1 tsp |
| Salt |
to taste |
Method:
- Wash and wipe dry green chillies and slit them.
- In a microwave safe bowl microwave oil at 100% power for 30 seconds.
- Put all dry spices and microwave at 100 % power for 2-3 minutes. Stir in between.
- Add slit chillies and 1/2 cup water and microwave for 3-4 minutes at 100 % power. Add tamarind paste and microwave for 1-2 minutes at 100 % power.Stir in between.
- Serve with any meal.
