Method :
- Wash, drain and cut lady's finger from top and bottom.
- Make a vertical slit in each piece.
- Mix all ingredients of the powdered masala together and sprinkle this masala over the bhindi.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and rub well with fingers so that it coats the each piece of bhindi.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp besan mix well with a spoon so as to coat the bhindi.
- Sprinkle one more table spoon of bhindi and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil on a tawa and spread one layer of bhindi on it.
- Cook in the center for 3-4 minutes on low flame stirring occasionally till golden brown.
- Cook till it is crisp and completely done.
- Crush saunf and add to the bhindi.
- Cook for a few seconds and serve hot.
