Cooking Time : 30 minutes + waiting time

Ingredients :


Refined Flour 
500gms
Luke warm water 1Cup

Water

1 Cup
Dry Yeast 1 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Oil 3 Tbsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Til


To taste

 

Method :

  • Add luke warm water to dry yeast and sugar mix well for 2 minutes.
  • Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes till froth is formed on the upper layer.
  • Sift salt and flour tagether in a large vessel and add oil.
  • Add yeast solution and water to it and knead well with hands till a soft dough is formed. This will take around 10 minutes times.
  • keep the dough aside for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat tandoor or oven at 180 degrees.
  • Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out naan of oblong shape.
  • Stick til on the naan and cook in tandoor or oven.
  • Apply butter if you want.
