Method :
- Add luke warm water to dry yeast and sugar mix well for 2 minutes.
- Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes till froth is formed on the upper layer.
- Sift salt and flour tagether in a large vessel and add oil.
- Add yeast solution and water to it and knead well with hands till a soft dough is formed. This will take around 10 minutes times.
- keep the dough aside for 2-3 hours.
- Heat tandoor or oven at 180 degrees.
- Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out naan of oblong shape.
- Stick til on the naan and cook in tandoor or oven.
- Apply butter if you want.
