Method :
- Remove seeds from capsicum and empty it from inside.Put paneer, boiled peas, raisins andsalt inside capsicum and fill it.
- Put poppy seeds in water.
- Grind poppy seeds and almonds and add it to the tomato-onion mixture.
- Add turmeric, salt and red chilli powder while saute tomato-onions in a pan.
- When it cooks completely add filled capsicums to it and cook it for 5 mins.
- Add edible food colour to it.
- Garnish with crushed carrot.
- Serve immediately.
