Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Capsicum 8 small
Green Peas 50 gms
Tomatoes 3 large
Almonds 25 gms
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Turmeric Powder(haldi) to taste
Cottage Cheese(paneer) 200 gms
Poppy Seeds(khaskhas) 10 gms
Raisins(kishmish) 10 gms
Edible Food Yellow Colour a pinch
Ghee 1 tbsp

Method :

  • Remove seeds from capsicum and empty it from inside.Put paneer, boiled peas, raisins andsalt inside capsicum and fill it.
  • Put poppy seeds in water.
  • Grind poppy seeds and almonds and add it to the tomato-onion mixture.
  • Add turmeric, salt and red chilli powder while saute tomato-onions in a pan.
  • When it cooks completely add filled capsicums to it and cook it for 5 mins.
  • Add edible food colour to it.
  • Garnish with crushed carrot.
  • Serve immediately.
