Method :
- Mash Paneer.Boil Potatoes and peel it.Add salt to mashed potatoes and add dhania powder to it.
- Grind nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger together.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add small portions of paneer mixture inside potatoes mixture and make round balls from it.
- Fry potato balls .
- Add nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger paste in a separate pan.Add chopped onions to it.Put rest of the spices from the ingredients and add poppy seeds paste to it.
- When it starts leaving oi, then add tomatoes (chopped) to it.
- After 4-5 mins. add 1-2 cups of water to it and add salt.
- After 5 mins. add the fried balls in it and cook for another 5 mins.
- Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
