Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Urad Dal(sabut)
500 gms

Cream

200 gms
Curd
200 gms
Popped Lotus seeds(ful makhana)
50 nos
Black Pepper Powder
to taste
Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp
Almonds
5 gms
Cashewnuts
5 gms
Ginger
10 gms
Ghee
50 gms
Salt
to taste
Green Chillies (chopped) 10 nos
Green Coriander 1 cup

Method :

  • Put salt, red chilli powder in urad dal and boil it.
  • Fry popped lotus seeds and grind it.
  • Put ghee in a pan and add curd, black pepper powder and popped lotus paste and saute.
  • Now add boiled urad dal in the pan.
  • Add ginger, green coriander, green chillies while serving.
  • Garnish it with chopped almonds and cashewnuts.
  • Serve hot with roti/naan/rice.
