Method :
- Put salt, red chilli powder in urad dal and boil it.
- Fry popped lotus seeds and grind it.
- Put ghee in a pan and add curd, black pepper powder and popped lotus paste and saute.
- Now add boiled urad dal in the pan.
- Add ginger, green coriander, green chillies while serving.
- Garnish it with chopped almonds and cashewnuts.
- Serve hot with roti/naan/rice.
