Method :
- Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chillies-ginger paste and saute it for 2 mins.
- Add broad beans, brinjal, potato, sweet potato and cook for further 3 mins.
- Now add turmeric powder and 1/2 cup water and cook it on a low flame.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix it well.
- After 3-4 mins. add sugar and green coriander(chopped), crushed coconut.Cook for another 2-3 mins.
- Serve hot with roti/naan.
