Method :
- Soak chick peas for a night.
- Add tea powder and salt to soaked chick peas (kabuli chana) and allow it to boil.
- Now drain all the water from the chick peas and keep it aside.
- Add chopped green chillies, ginger and chana masala powder to chick peas and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, chick peas, chopped tomatoes.Cook for 2 mins.
- Garnish it with green coriander or dry mango powder (aamchoor).
- Serve hot.
