Ingredients :

Chick Peas(white)(kabuli chana)
200 gms
Cream
25 gms
Tomatoes
100 gms
Salt
to taste
Chana Masala
2 tbsp
Green Coriander(chopped)
1/2 tsp
Tea Powder
1 tsp
Green Chillies
6 nos
Ginger
small piece
Bay Leaves(tej patta)
2-3 nos

Method :

  • Soak chick peas for a night.
  • Add tea powder and salt to soaked chick peas (kabuli chana) and allow it to boil.
  • Now drain all the water from the chick peas and keep it aside.
  • Add chopped green chillies, ginger and chana masala powder to chick peas and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, chick peas, chopped tomatoes.Cook for 2 mins.
  • Garnish it with green coriander or dry mango powder (aamchoor).
  • Serve hot.
