Method :
- Heat ghee in a pan.Add asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies (chopped), fenugreek seeds.
- Grind fresh corn to a paste.Add a bit of water.
- Mix flour with milk and add it to the pan.Add coconut paste and salt.
- Garnish with chopped green coriander.
- Serve hot.
