Ingredients :

Fresh Corn(bhutta)
1 cup
Fenugreek Seeds(methi)
1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
2-3 nos
Coconut Paste
2 tsp
Green Chillies(chopped)
2-4 nos
Flour(Maida)
2 tsp
Milk
1/5 cup
Asafoetida(hing)
a pinch
Salt
to taste
Green Coriander(chopped)
1/2 cup

Method :

  • Heat ghee in a pan.Add asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies (chopped), fenugreek seeds.
  • Grind fresh corn to a paste.Add a bit of water.
  • Mix flour with milk and add it to the pan.Add coconut paste and salt.
  • Garnish with chopped green coriander.
  • Serve hot.
