Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

Cottage Cheese(paneer) 100 gms
Tomato(finely chopped) 3 nos
Onions(finely chopped) 2 nos
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Potatoes 1/2 cup
Green Peas 1/2 cup
Carrots 1/4 cup
Cauliflower 1/4 cup
Capsicum 1/2 cup
French Beans 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Cream 3 tsp
Ghee 3 tsp
Salt to taste

Method :

  • Cut cottage cheese(paneer) into small pieces and fry it.
  • Cut all the vegetables and boil it.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add onions, ginger and chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
  • Now add all the spices and add salt to it.Cook for 5-6 mins.
  • Add boiled vegetables, fried paneer, milk and cook for 10 mins. on a low flame.
  • Decorate it with silver paper.
  • Serve hot with naan/roti/parantha.
