Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

Cauliflower(finely crushed) 500 gms
Carrots(finely crushed) 500 gms
Onions(chopped) 2 nos
Ginger 1 piece
Green Peas(boiled) 1/2 cup
Green Chillies(chopped) 2-3 nos
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup

Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onions and saute it till light pink.
  • Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder.Saute it for 7-8 mins.
  • Add finely crushed carrots and cauliflower.Cook it until carrots and cauliflower softens.
  • Mix cream in it and add boiled peas to it.
  • Serve hot.
