Ingredients :

Method :
- Boil spinach in water and remove it.
- Add gram flour and salt to spinach and prepare a mixture from it.
- Mash cottage cheese and divide it into 2 portions.
- Mix turmeric powder in 1 portion and prepare balls from it.Keep other portion aside.
- Cover the turmeric-paneer portion with the plain paneer portion and cover it with spinach mixture.
- Make these into finite size balls and deep fry it.
- Grind onions, ginger, green chillies together.
- Mix it with chopped tomatoes.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, onion-tomato mixture and saute it until ghee starts leaving the mixture.
- Now add curd to it.Cook until it becomes thick.Now add kofte or fried balls to it and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green coriander.
- Serve hot.
