Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour(atta) 3/4 cup
Flour(maida) 3/4 cup
Butter 80 gms

For Filling :

Onions 2 nos
Green Chillies 2 nos
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder(aamchoor) 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cold Water
Mixed Vegetables 1 cup
Cooking Cheese 2 tbsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Method :

  • Sieve wheat flour (atta), flour (maida), salt together.
  • Add butter and mix properly.Make a dough by adding cold water to it and keep it covered.
  • Again mix it after 1/2 an hour and separate it into 2 parts.
  • Roll out into roti.
  • Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onions, green chillies, finely chopped mixed vegetables (according to own choice) and salt to it.
  • Cook it on low flame.
  • Add black pepper powder, powdered cheese to it  and remove from flame.the mixture should be dry.
  • Grease pie dish.Place a large bowl into it.Cut the unwanted sides of the roti.
  • Put the vegetable mixture on the roti and cover it with another roti.
  • Sprinkle some oil and bake it in the oven until golden brown.
