Method :
- Sieve wheat flour (atta), flour (maida), salt together.
- Add butter and mix properly.Make a dough by adding cold water to it and keep it covered.
- Again mix it after 1/2 an hour and separate it into 2 parts.
- Roll out into roti.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onions, green chillies, finely chopped mixed vegetables (according to own choice) and salt to it.
- Cook it on low flame.
- Add black pepper powder, powdered cheese to it and remove from flame.the mixture should be dry.
- Grease pie dish.Place a large bowl into it.Cut the unwanted sides of the roti.
- Put the vegetable mixture on the roti and cover it with another roti.
- Sprinkle some oil and bake it in the oven until golden brown.
