Method :- Sieve semolina (suji) and flour together.Add ghee to it and mix so that no lumps are found.
- Add salt and baking powder and make a soft dough by adding hot water to it.
- Crushly corn slightly.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Season it with asafoetida(hing), cumin seeds.Then add slightly crushed corn, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute it.
- Now make small rolls out of dough.Fill corn mixture in the middle and close from all sides.Press it from both the hands.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry it till golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold.
