| Cashewnuts |

| Carom Seeds(ajwain) |

| Ghee |
2 tbsp |
| Salt |

Method :
- Bake cashewnuts in oven without ghee and grind it.
- Add cashewnut powder, gram flour and mix it properly.Then add ajwain, black pepper powder and mix it well.
- Add hot milk to it and make soft dough.Keep it covered with a wet cloth.
- Make even sized balls and roll it in the form of mathri.
- Make some marks with the help of fork.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it on a low flame.
- Serve with tea/coffee.
