| Thickened Ricotta Cheese(khoya, mawa) |

| Ginger |
50 gms |
| Coriander Powder |

| Red Chilli Powder |

| Garam Masala Powder |
2 tsp |

Method :
- Heat a pan and add khoya to it.Heat it on low flame.Make sure it doesnt becomes red.
- Heat oil in another pan and fry popped lotus seeds (makhane).
- Boil tomatoes in 2 cups of water.And make puree out of it.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute it.
- Then add tomato puree, curd, khoya, salt and fried popped lotus seeds (makhane) and saute it for 5-6 mins.
- Add water as required and heat it again.
- Remove from flame when cooked completely.
- Serve with roti/naan.
