Method :
- Boil cashewnuts in water.Sieve water from cashewnuts and place it in a clean dish.
- Cut cottage cheese (paneer) into cubes and fry it in ghee.
- Then add garlic-ginger paste, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and saute it till light pink.
- Add coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder.
- When mixture starts separating from ghee, then add khoya in it and saute it until turns red.
- Then add cashewnuts, cottage cheese (paneer), and water and cook it for sometime.
- Serve hot with roti/naan.
