Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

Tomatoes Red 600 gms
Cottage Cheese(paneer) 200 gms
Turmeric Powder 2 tsp
Potatoes 200 gms
Salt to taste
Green Coriander(chopped) to taste

Method :

  • Boil potatoes and mash it after peeling off its cover.
  • Mash paneer and mix it with potatoes, then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Empty tomatoes from inside with the help of knife.
  • Keep the removed part in a separate plate.
  • Then fill the tomatoes with potato-paneer mixture.Also fill all the spices from above and close it with its removed cover.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and cook tomatoes in it.Cover it when cooking.
  • Cook it on a low flame until tomatoes turns yellowish in colour.
  • Remove from flame when colour changes and add chopped coriander leaves to it.
  • Serve hot with roti/naan.
