Sabut Bhare Hue Tamatar Ki Subzi |
Cooking Time : 45 minutes
Ingredients :
| Tomatoes Red |
600 gms |
| Cottage Cheese(paneer) |
200 gms |
| Turmeric Powder |
2 tsp |
| Potatoes |
200 gms |
| Salt |
to taste |
| Green Coriander(chopped) |
to taste |
Method :
- Boil potatoes and mash it after peeling off its cover.
- Mash paneer and mix it with potatoes, then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Empty tomatoes from inside with the help of knife.
- Keep the removed part in a separate plate.
- Then fill the tomatoes with potato-paneer mixture.Also fill all the spices from above and close it with its removed cover.
- Heat ghee in a pan and cook tomatoes in it.Cover it when cooking.
- Cook it on a low flame until tomatoes turns yellowish in colour.
- Remove from flame when colour changes and add chopped coriander leaves to it.
- Serve hot with roti/naan.
