Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients :

Paneer 250 gms
Oil 3Tbsp
Onions Chopped 2
Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
Tomatoes for puree 4
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
Kasoori Methi 1 Tbsp
White Butter 2 Tbsp
Fressh Cream 4 Tbsp
Salt To taste
Fresh Coriander 2 Tbsp
Ginger Shredded 1 1/2 Tsp
Tomato For Garnishing 1

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Then add cumin seeds and cook till they start cracking.
  • Add onions and cook till golden brown.
  • In a liquidizer/ Mixer mash tomatoes to a puree and add to the pan after onions are done.
  • Cook over low flame for five minutes.
  • Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and kasoori methi.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes and then add white butter.
  • Cook for 1 minute and then add salt to it.
  • Add Paneer pieces and cook for 6-7 minutes.
  • Remove from fire when done and pour the cream over it.
  • Garnish with fresh green coriander, Ginger and sliced tomatoes.
  • Serve hot with indian breads.
