Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Then add cumin seeds and cook till they start cracking.
- Add onions and cook till golden brown.
- In a liquidizer/ Mixer mash tomatoes to a puree and add to the pan after onions are done.
- Cook over low flame for five minutes.
- Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and kasoori methi.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and then add white butter.
- Cook for 1 minute and then add salt to it.
- Add Paneer pieces and cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Remove from fire when done and pour the cream over it.
- Garnish with fresh green coriander, Ginger and sliced tomatoes.
- Serve hot with indian breads.
