Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients :

Potatoes 7-8 medium size
Oil 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seed 1 tsp
Hing a Pinch
Curry leaves 7-8
Green chillies 1
Whole dry red chilli 2
salt To Taste
Kalongi 1/4 Tsp
Dhania Powder 2 tsp
haldi

1/2 tsp

Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves 2 Tbsp

Method :

  • Wash clean and peel the potatoes. Cut thin round slices like chips and keep them in water.
  • In a pan heat oil and add hing.
  • Now add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  • Then add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
  • cook for few seconds and add kalongi. mix well.
  • Now add potato slices, salt, garam masala, dhania powder andĀ hald powder. Mix well.
  • Add half cupp water and cook covered. Stir it occassionally
  • Cook till potatoes are done. sprinkle amchoor powder and mix.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot
