Method :
- Wash clean and peel the potatoes. Cut thin round slices like chips and keep them in water.
- In a pan heat oil and add hing.
- Now add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
- Then add curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
- cook for few seconds and add kalongi. mix well.
- Now add potato slices, salt, garam masala, dhania powder andĀ hald powder. Mix well.
- Add half cupp water and cook covered. Stir it occassionally
- Cook till potatoes are done. sprinkle amchoor powder and mix.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot
