Roast,ground the masala and then seive
| Pomegranate seeds |

| Black Peper corns |

| Clove |
1/4 Tsp |
| Coriander Seeds |

| Black Salt |
1 Tsp |
| Black Cardamom |

| Garam Masala |

Method :
- Clean, wash and soak chanas overnight. Boil in same water with salt. give three whistles and keep on low fire for 15 minutes.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped ginger, green chillies and red chiliies. Cook for half a minute.
- Now add onions and fry till they become brown in colour.
- Now add tamarind puld and boil for a minute.
- Add 1 Tbsp of roasted and ground masala. Mix well.
- Add the boiled chanas and boil for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with shredded ginger and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with poori or bhatura
