Ingredients :

250 gm (1/2" thick pieces) |
| Ghee |
3 Tbsp (or 4-1/2 Tbsp oil) |
| Tomatoes |
400 gm (7-8 chopped) |
| Ginger- Garlic paste |

| Moti Illaichi |
2 (skinned & crushed) |
| Kasoori Methi |

| Chili Powder |
1/2 Tsp |
| Salt |
to taste (1 Tsp) |
| Sugar |
1Tsp or slightly more |
| Garam Masala |
1/4 Tsp |
| Cream or Well Beaten Malai |
5 Tbsp |
Method :
- Heat ghee in a karahi.
- Add tomotoes, ginger garlic paste, tej patta, moti illaichi, methi & chili powder.
- Cook for 10 min till tomatoes are pulpy.
- Let it cool and then grind to puree.
- Keep the puree on fire.
- Add salt, garam masala & sugar to reduce the sour flavor.
- Add cream, remove from fire.
- Add paneer 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with cream (1 Tbsp) & coriander leaves.
