For Kofta :
| Boiled Vegetables (Carrot, Peas,Ghi,Potato & Cauliflower) |

For Gravy :
| Boiled Onions (Paste) |

| Tomatoes (Chopped) |

| Dhania Powder |

| Garam Masala (Powder) |

Method :
For Kofta :
- Mash all the boiled vegetables. Add ginger paste, pepper powder, maida & salt.
- Make into small kofta balls.
- Heat oil on high.
- Reduce heat & fry the koftas.
For Gravy :
- Heat Oil. Fry bay leaves. Add Onion paste, ginger-garlic paste & green chili paste. Fry the mixture till it becomes golden brown & starts seperating from oil. Then add tomaotes.
- Add garam masala, red chili powder,haldi, dhania powder, salte to the mixture, heat for 3-4 minutes on medium.
- Add appropriate quantity of water to the mixture to make thick gravy.
- Bring it to boil & then cover it, let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add cream to the gravy.
- 5-10 minutes perior to serving add koftas to gravy. Heat on medium to 2-3 miutes.
- Garnich with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
