Cooking Time : 50 Minutes

Ingredients : 

For Kofta : 

Boiled Vegetables (Carrot, Peas,Ghi,Potato & Cauliflower)  2 Cups
Ginger Paste  1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder  1/2 Tsp
Maida  For binding
Salt  To Taste

For Gravy :

Boiled Onions (Paste)   1 Cup
Tomatoes (Chopped)  4-5 Big
Vegetable Oil  2 Tbsp
Bay Leaves  1
Ginger (Paste)  1 Tbsp
Garlic (Paste)  2 Tbsp
Green Chili (Paste)  1 Tsp
Dhania Powder  1 Tbsp
Red chili Powder  1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder  1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala (Powder)  1 Tsp
Cream  1/2 Cup
Salt  To Taste
Coriander Leaves  2 Tbsp 

Method : 

For Kofta : 

  • Mash all the boiled vegetables. Add ginger paste, pepper powder, maida & salt.
  • Make into small kofta balls.
  • Heat oil on high.
  • Reduce heat & fry the koftas.

For Gravy :

  • Heat Oil. Fry bay leaves. Add Onion paste, ginger-garlic paste & green chili paste. Fry the mixture till it becomes golden brown & starts seperating from oil. Then add tomaotes.
  • Add garam masala, red chili powder,haldi, dhania powder, salte to the mixture, heat for 3-4 minutes on medium.
  • Add appropriate quantity of water to the mixture to make thick gravy. 
  • Bring it to boil & then cover it, let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add cream to the gravy.
  • 5-10 minutes perior to serving add koftas to gravy. Heat on medium to 2-3 miutes. 
  • Garnich with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
