Method :
- Heat butter in a sauce pan and add refined flour.Mix it continuously so that it does not burn.
- Cook for 2 minutes and then add milk and water to get the desired consistency of the sauce.Bring it to boil.
- Add Salt and pepper.
- In a pan heat olive oil and add chilli flakes and garlic cook for 2 minutes and add rest of the vegetables.
- Add salt and peper powder and add the white sauce.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes and remove from fire.
- Now boil and wash pasta and mix with the sauce.
- Garnish with seasoning and black olive slices.
