Pasta in white sauce

Cooking Time : 40 minutes

Ingredients : 

Red Bell Pepper 1/2 Chopped
Yellow Bell Pepper 1/2 Chopped
Mushroons 250 gms
Baby Corns 100 gms Sliced
Olive Black 50 gms
Garlic 10-12 Flakes Chopped
Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Salt  To Taste
Pasta 1 Packet
Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Refined Flour 3 Tbsp
Pepper Powder 1-1/2 Tsp
Milk 1 Cup

Method :

  • Heat butter in a sauce pan and add refined flour.Mix it continuously so that it does not burn.
  • Cook for 2 minutes and then add milk and water to get the desired consistency of the sauce.Bring it to boil.
  • Add Salt and pepper.
  • In a pan heat olive oil and add chilli flakes and garlic cook for 2 minutes and add rest of the vegetables.
  • Add salt and peper powder and add the white sauce.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes and remove from fire.
  • Now boil and wash pasta and mix with the sauce.
  • Garnish with seasoning and black olive slices.
