Cooking Time : 15 MinutesIngredients:
Method:1. Microwave butter in a microwave safe bowl at 100% powerfor 30 secs. 2. Add flour and mix it. Microwave at 100% power for 2 mins. Stir in between. 3. Slowly stir in milk to prevent lumps. Microwave at 100% powerfor 3-4 mins.or till thick. In case of lumps , strain the sauce or blend in the blender. 4. Add salt, black pepper and red chilli accrding to your taste.
