Chicken and Macaroni Bake

Cooking Time: 11/2 hours

Ingredients:

Chicken 15 no
Butter 20g
Macaroni 2 cups
Plain Flour 1/4 cup
Sour Cream 300 mL
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Cheese(grated) 1 cup
Parsley(chopped) 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Brush chicken with butter melted for 20 seconds on HIGH.Cook for 35-37 minutes on MEDIUM HIGh, turning halfway through cooking.Cool.
  • Place macaroni in a large bowl.Cover with hot water.Cook for 20-25 minutes on HIGH or until pasta is tender.Drain.
  • Remove flesh from chicken.
  • Mix together plain flour, sour cream and chicken stock.
  • Combine chicken, macaroni and sauce mixture.Sprinkle with cheese and cook for 6-7 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
  • Sprinkle with PArsley.
  • Serve immediately with a tossed salad.
