Chicken and Macaroni Bake |

Ingredients:

| Macaroni |

| Plain Flour |
1/4 cup |
| Sour Cream |

| Chicken Stock |
1 cup |
| Cheese(grated) |
1 cup |
| Parsley(chopped) |

Method:
- Brush chicken with butter melted for 20 seconds on HIGH.Cook for 35-37 minutes on MEDIUM HIGh, turning halfway through cooking.Cool.
- Place macaroni in a large bowl.Cover with hot water.Cook for 20-25 minutes on HIGH or until pasta is tender.Drain.
- Remove flesh from chicken.
- Mix together plain flour, sour cream and chicken stock.
- Combine chicken, macaroni and sauce mixture.Sprinkle with cheese and cook for 6-7 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.
- Sprinkle with PArsley.
- Serve immediately with a tossed salad.
