Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

French Beans(finely chopped) 50 gms
Carrots(finely chopped) 100 gms
Potatoes(sliced) 2 large
Stiff Tomatoes(sliced) 3 large
Capsicums(sliced0 2 large
Onion(sliced) 1 large
Mushrooms(chopped) 1/2 cup
White Sauce 1 cup
Salt & Black Pepper Powder to taste
Bread Crumbs 2 tbsp
Grated Cheese 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tsp

Method :

  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave butter at 100% power for30 secs.
  • Line all sliced and chopped vegetables(except tomatoes and mushroom) in layers.Add white sauce and microwave (covered) at 100% power for 5-6 mins.
  • Add chopped mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper.Microwave (covered) at 100% power for 2 mins.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese and breadcrumbs at the top.Bake in the preheated oven at convection mode at 2500 C for 10-15 mins. on the low rack.
  • Serve hot with dips/sauces.
