Method :
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave butter at 100% power for30 secs.
- Line all sliced and chopped vegetables(except tomatoes and mushroom) in layers.Add white sauce and microwave (covered) at 100% power for 5-6 mins.
- Add chopped mushrooms, sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper.Microwave (covered) at 100% power for 2 mins.
- Sprinkle grated cheese and breadcrumbs at the top.Bake in the preheated oven at convection mode at 2500 C for 10-15 mins. on the low rack.
- Serve hot with dips/sauces.
