Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

Rice
500 gms
Carrots
2-3 nos
Onions
3 nos
French Beans
250 gms
Tomatoes
400 gms
Ghee
2 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Sugar
1 tsp
Cottage cheese(paneer)
200 gms

Method :

  • Soak rice in water.
  • Boil tomatoes and peel its cover.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it.
  • Saute it till light pink and add rice, all vegetables to it and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add 250 ml of water to it and allow it to boil.
  • Then add tomaotoes (finely chopped), sugar, salt to it and heat it.
  • When rice gets cooked completely add mashed paneer to it and allow it to cook for further 7-8 mins.
  • Serve hot.
