Method :
- Soak rice in water.
- Boil tomatoes and peel its cover.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it.
- Saute it till light pink and add rice, all vegetables to it and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add 250 ml of water to it and allow it to boil.
- Then add tomaotoes (finely chopped), sugar, salt to it and heat it.
- When rice gets cooked completely add mashed paneer to it and allow it to cook for further 7-8 mins.
- Serve hot.
