Method :
- Sieve flour, salt, sugar.Put oil in it and mix well.
- Mix yeast in 1/2 cup hot water. and pour it in the middle of flour.
- Keep as it is for 10 minutes.Then mix flour and poured yeast and make batter.
- Keep a wet cloth on the batter until it doubles up.
- Again make a dough and prepare a roti of 6" wide and 1/4 '' thick.
- Place the roti in pizza tray and bake it in preheated oven for 15 mins.
- Then remove it from oven when cooked properly.
- Spread butter and tomato sauce on the roti.
- Add cabbage, capsicum, onions slices on it.
- Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.
- Spread mashed paneer, tomato slices on the top.
- Bake it in preheated oven.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
