Ingredients :

Flour(maida)
450 gms
Capsicum
2 nos
Cottage Cheese(paneer)
225 gms
Onions
2 nos
Tomatoes
2 nos
Cabbage
1 nos
Yeast
2 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Tomato Sauce
2 tsp
Ghee
4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp

Method :

  • Sieve flour, salt, sugar.Put oil in it and mix well.
  • Mix yeast in 1/2 cup hot water. and pour it in the middle of flour.
  • Keep as it is for 10 minutes.Then mix flour and poured yeast and make batter.
  • Keep a wet cloth on the batter until it doubles up.
  • Again make a dough and prepare a roti of 6" wide and 1/4 '' thick.
  • Place the roti in pizza tray and bake it in preheated oven for 15 mins.
  • Then remove it from oven when cooked properly.
  • Spread butter and tomato sauce on the roti.
  • Add cabbage, capsicum, onions slices on it.
  • Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.
  • Spread mashed paneer, tomato slices on the top.
  • Bake it in preheated oven.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
